I’ve seen reports of the dang thing listing, some reports of it sinking. I feel for folks who have no choice but to move back in if their unit has been deemed safe. I surely wouldn’t want to do it.

I’m also wondering if the problem isn’t so much the building as the ground it was built upon. I saw one story that stated the ground is “reclaimed land”.
