Where do they get such gutless wonders? The reason USSC justices have lifetime appointments is to insulate their decisions from public opinion. What is this guy afraid of?

Judges are human too, and lifetime appointments mean they can do whatever they want unchecked by any authority. Also that the courts have aquiured powers the founders never expected them to have.
