When we got out green cards to come to U.S in '67 we had to be SPONSORED so we would not be a burden on the local U.S. system.

My father's first job in America, where ALL the roads are paved with Gold., was cutting lawns - And we are not Mexicans.

However as a Chemist / Gynecologists that job only lasted until he got a job at Union Carbide. And the rest as they say is history
