From what they’re saying on TV right now (Dana PeRINO’s Fox show) Corker hasn’t said he’d vote no on using the nuclear option, only those four. That might just mean he hasn’t said he would yet or is still making up his mind but that’s what she reported. Only those four actually told McConnell they would definitely vote no on it.

Maybe some Democrats withdraw their vote to give it an even split, then let the VP break the tie so they can move on?
