I worked for a man who had his personality type.....my gosh he could blow up in a heartbeat and that with an full court audience.
One day he did this and I yelled out loud waving my hand in the air....”the Great OZ has spoken!” and the whole place roared with laughter and so did he.
They are not easy to work for and expect you do your job as they ask......if you do that generally they recognize good work and you won’t get their wrath.......on the other side of those personalities they are very generous and kindhearted to those they choose to show this.
