In the end, we'll probably find out "wall" was Trump's "safe word" with Stormy Daniels. It's just something he blurts out whenever he's in trouble.

Don’t forget President Trump is a businessman. He knows how to make someone pay if he wants something.
It does not matter.
After Trump leaves office, no future president, Republican or Democrat, is going to vigorously enforce our border laws or our visa overstay laws.
The most effective and most immediate action that Trump can take is to write an Executive Order for Universal E-Verify.
Unfortunately, some unknown federal judge will issue an injunction against Universal E-Verify, everyone will agree that Trump is completely helpless against the federal judiciary, and nothing will happen.
If Trump were Emperor instead of POTUS, we would have already had a Wall.
Unfortunately, being POTUS means that he cannot banish the Traitors in the Courts and Legislature who fight him tooth and nail to the Gallows.
There should be a GoFundMe page set up to repurpose all the Streetlights in Washington D.C.
Repeat this until the extortion and betrayal sinks in. This is in addition to the billions we already send.
