Then Mueller would option--or not--to go for the foreign agent charge, which Flynn couldn't afford to defend. Since judge Sullivan slandered from the bench with his ignorance of the timing of Flynn's foreign agent service and the resulting bogus accusation, Flynn could win a dismissal. Such infractions usually get a do-over and maybe a fine.
Sad to say, but it's a G-damn department of injustice.
The judge should have put Flynn in jail until he explains just why he wants to plead guilty. Imo, this has to be some sort of fraud upon the court for political reasons.
