Sure seems like a huge difference in opinions about what the judge did. Joe and Victoria think the judge “gutted” Flynn.

After BHO administration, what has been revealed about the FBI, DOJ, even certain media and US Senators as pigeons and participants,...your observation appears right on. There is a reason TWO agents were sent to interview Flynn, with out recording. TWO “witnesses” coordinating/fabricating the story they want to tell and preserve in written form will be considered irrefutably credible over the complaints of the charged defendant.
Flynn was only doing what he saw busloads of other well dressed, uncharged lying people still walking around DC do. At worst, he was one of them, except he wasn’t. Once he associated himself with a duly-elected President who had no allegiance to the power structure (aka the swamp), and was openly hostile to its corruption - he became an important pawn in the effort to oust Trump. Control-freak BHO sent the secret police out to Flynn ... yes, you hit the head on the nail this time.

For once I would like to see someone like Flynn go in without a lawyer and represent himself. I am sure there is a subway system nearby filled with lawyers...some very good ones, who would love to get professional exposure in helping him advise him pro bono.

Both before and after. Also, the judge didn’t directly accuse him of treason, but rather asked if that was what the prosecuting team had considered.
