Something is odd with that video. Going frame by frame, just prior to the alleged meteor becoming visible, there are bright flashes just to the left of the object appearing at about the same altitude. Reflections...Or?
Upon closer inspections the flashes appear to be reflections, not laser bursts or anything exciting.
