He worked on the Mars rover. That makes the people who stole from him rover Rober robbers.
This guy could really hurt these thieves if he wanted to. They should consider themselves lucky.
>When he brought the security footage to the police, he was told it was not “worth their time” to investigate a package theft, leaving Rober feeling “powerless.”
It’s not worth my time to pay their salaries. He should run for mayor and fire them, like Sonny Bono did.
I could leave a package on my doorstep for a year and no one would touch it. Then again, I don’t live in Chicago.
Glitter? No. Bank dye packs - yes!
Hardly.
Who was filming inside the car and other scenes?
Glitter is evil & insidious. If the residue from making one poster stays in your life for years, how long will the bomb contents last?
Probably for life.It gets everywhere. You only see it when the light hits just right. Shoes. Car. House. Closet. Fridge.
Cat. Dog. Vacuum all you want. Shower. Launder. You will never get it all. Your dentist will look at you funny and just hope you don’t need to give a stool sample.
My neighbor, who leased his land for deer hunting, modified his briefing to hunters about crossing fences by removing the "wink and nod" and adding "crazy son of a bitch".
Note to BATF: The alleged device was destroyed by chop saw and act/oxy torch many years ago.
The 4 phones were set to film wide-angle and send to the cloud.
amen !
“Who was filming inside the car and other scenes?”
The 4 cell phones inside the device.
I congratulate Mr. Rober for his ingenuity but makes himself a target should the thieves or their posse return to address from whence they stole the package. An exploding package rather than a glitter fart package would negate my concerns, however.
And a tracking device to locate the package after depoyment....brilliant.
With this guys technical and engineering skills he could’ve devised a really nasty devastating device.
