I don’t understand why Trump won’t fight McConnell and Ryan now on the shut down. After all the histrionics during the Nazi and Chucky WH summit it is so disappointing. It seems Trump would rather give up the wall (and spin some line of new funding BS to the base) than perceived as being weak by losing a veto fight.
This is hte last GOPe can kicking, too. Because next year the Dems control the House and the GOP will go back to blaming them for everything. No thanks. I’m done being played like that.
