Disappointed in the general today. In fact, that’s an understatement. The judge opened the proceedings by indicating he had serious doubts about Flynn’s guilt stating he did not want to sentence an innocent man. He then gave the general every opening to fight this. Instead Flynn clung Mueller’s deal. The judge even scoffed at the SC rep stating that Flynn could have violated the Logan Act and made the SC team admit that was the only possible actual crime here besides the lie [entrapment]. Still Flynn clung to Mueller’s deal.

I have to agree with you. I don’t understand Flynn’s deal. He’s just sitting there letting Mueller walk all over him (and thus Trump) seemingly unwilling to put up any sort of fight, even as the judge is begging him to do so.

Yes, but then the Judge flip flopped

Flynn KNEW the fix was in, the Judge was compromised and he did the only thing he could.
