I cautioned everyone who got all excited about this being such a “fair” judge. He’s a Clinton appointee, and the Stephens scenario was totally different. He didn’t have a dog in that fight.
I don’t trust the judge either, he could have just dismissed the case, but didn’t. He is doing exactly what the swamp wants him to do.
