There is a shroud of mystery regarding the actual facts that surround the first interview former National Security Advisor Michael Flynn had with two FBI Special Agents at the White House. Pieces of the puzzle, however, have slowly come together over the past year. In the past week, those pieces of evidence, or lack thereof, have become even more pronounced after Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s office was ordered by Judge Emmet Sullivan to turn over all documentation and FBI interviews – known in the bureau as 302s – to the court.
The highly redacted documents revealed a startling fact, the 302 from the first interview with Flynn on Jan. 24, 2017 appears to be missing. The only document referencing the interview conducted by both Former FBI Special Agent Peter Strzok and his partner at the time FBI Special Agent Joe Pietka III, is an August 2017 document. The 302 from Aug. 22, 2017, is of an interview the bureau had with anti-Trump agent Strzok based on notes he had put into the FBI system on July 19. Those notes apparently were regarding his impressions of his interview with Flynn in January.
Improper doesn’t begin to describe what’s going on with the documents, said multiple former U.S. and senior FBI officials. The main question, they have, like so many others, is what happened to the original notes regarding the FBI’s interview with Flynn?
It isn’t difficult to decipher but there were only two people who would know directly what happened with the Jan. 24 interview: Strzok and Pientka

I dont understand how the FBI can overrule congress when it comes to letting this guy testify. Congress has oversight.
The FBI was F’ed up long before then. Ruby Ridge, Waco, etc. I am sure there are many examples of FBI corruption older than those but that is when I started noticing they are rotten.
Don’t forget the attempted framing of Richard Jewell.
The FBI has ZERO credibility.
They are no longer a force for good.
Especially with anything that can be damaging to democrat politicians.

Conning a person to NOT have an attorney present is the same as not reading them their miranda rights.
I guess it would be a lot more difficult to frame innocent people if the FBI had video, audio &/or independent stenographers during interviews rather than easily manipulated 302s handwritten by the agents conducting the interview.
Tha “premier” law enforcement agency doesn’t even use as sophisticated procedures as every police department in fly-over country.

Many years ago I had discussions with my brother, a far lefty from Berkley in California. He warned me about the “Deep State” and in effect I told him he was “Bat Sh-t” crazy. He was correct and I was wrong! He is still “Bat Sh-t” crazy in his political beliefs but 100% accurate on what the “Deep State” was and is.
Odd is it not that a far lefty and a far right person are on the same page today about the “Deep State?”
It is the greatest danger we have faced since the British in the war of Independence and our foes in WWI and WWII. The “Deep State” permeates all levels of government, as in the executive, the legislative and judicial with corruption motivated by power over all of us. It is evil.
Oddly the “Deep State” is not a centralized power lead by leaders. It is a system of corruption that protects its own power at many levels. It is a self serving entity. The greatest empire in history, The Roman Empire, also had its “Deep State” and thus came to a sad and predictable end.
Corruption will eat the heart out of any great nation or empire. It happened to the Soviet Union. It is happening to us. If not corrected we will fail.
Re the CRUCIAL “workflow chart” issue. What needs to be asked is:
*When did agent Strzok and/or Pientka first write up the 302 report, when was it dated, and who was it given to in the “Chain of Command” for document processing?
* Where is the original 302 and any notes that it was based on? Again, a chain of command issuefrom Strzok/Pientka to the next step in the chain/custody procedure.
* There should be a “Log-In” book/list of when the document was given to the document processor and possibly a signed RECEIPT for it (and a copy, either physical or on a log-in computer records keeping system).
* There must be a Log-In book of when the document was entered into the system (and given a log-in number). Where is this book/database listing?
* What DOCUMENT NO. was given to the 302 (first by DOJ, and then possibly by another data-entry process)?
* Where (on what DOJ system) are 302’s kept? (It would be a classified system so it’s name wouldn’t be made public but it could be told to the Committees’ chairmen in camera).
I’ve had years of experience as a de factor records manager in terms of document intake, numbering, submitting it to systems manager for input into a large database, and just plain reading Opposing Counsel and Govt produced documents for various types of civil and criminal cases.
Generic Example based on reality. The Govt or Opposing Counsel/etc. finds/produces a document for a case. In the old days, it was given a physical Bates Stamp No. on a sticker, affixed to the document. Then the doc was Microfilmed or Microfiched with a REEL and IMAGE Number. Today it is directly scanned into a database but it is GIVEN a DATABASE NUMBER as well as a CASE NUMBER.
This way a document can be traced by a known case number (in the case documents log), the general databases’ assigned intake number (searchable by key-word-in-context (KWIC) titles or a similar system) and from the case attorney’s notes to the intake people/case status book they keep.
Somewhere that 302 and possibly other copies (if they were disseminated to other people for review, i.e., AG AAG, DAAG, case attorneys, etc.) is/are out there, like the Truth in the X-Files, only these are real.
Time to issue subpoenas to every one in the 302 Production/Chain of Custody family, and NOW.

And there’s LOTS of metadata associated with these documents. Lots of specific details on ALL the the additions, the deletions, the wheres, the whats, the whos and the whens.
a former FBI guy on Laura Ingraham’s show today said a person in Strzok’s position at the FBI would NEVER be involved in interviewing Flynn. he was adamant. will try to find the video later.
Over the past few decades, and while not universal in scope, the number of morally corrupt and left-wing global socialist individuals put in places of authority, or brought into the FBI and DOJ, should cause significant concern to any liberty loving, moral, patriotic American.
It does appear, these organizations are little more than unaccountable, deeply imoral, dishonest, narcissistic, left-wing socialist DNC “gestapo”, whose goal is the destruction of all who would stand in the way of the DNC’s totalitarian global socialist government objective.

from 9 minutes 40 seconds in: FBI John Iannarelli, retired FBI agent. there’s nothing about this interview (with Flynn) that strikes me as the typical FBI interview. first, Strzok was Dep Asst Dir of the FBI. Dep Asst Directors DON’T conduct interviews. special Agents, street agents conduct interviews....that shows me that they were dealing with this outside the norm of FBI procedure.

I do have to wonder why Flynn would even meet with them then.
Seems that corruption in the modern era all leads back to the Clintons.
