Obama fired General Flynn because he refused to let Obama corrupt and politicize the DIA. Flynn also did superior analysis of the middle east and the terror threat and predicted that Obama policies would fail and lead to a rise in terrorism.

It would be more accurate to say that Obama asked Flynn to retire from his DIA job one year before that posting would have expired.
Flynn clearly believed that Islamic terrorism was a greater threat than Obama believed it was.
On the other hand, you can't blame Obama for using his Constitutional authority to only appoint government leaders who agreed with his policies.
