Mexico's Popocatepetl volcano lit up the sky with a large flash from an eruption on Saturday night. The volcano spewed ash and smoke into the night sky. On Sunday morning eruption, a second eruption followed.
And then a giant chasm opened up perfectly and totally in line with the US border. And the sea water rushed in. And we suddenly had no land border with Mexico.
Well, one can dream.
Lava man bad.
Oh, yeah, I can't count, either. [blush]
About the only things I worry about here are, slipping on winter ice and breaking my ass in three places; and high winds/twisters. I've never seen a tornado here, but the straight-line winds we get now and then are, uh, impressive. Here's a pic of the former smokestack of the former Story and Clark piano factory in Grand Haven, MI -- at full height, it had "Story & Clark" in the bricks, but a storm 19 years ago took down the whole thing apart from the RK. It was lucky that it fell into the parking lot instead of into the condos built into the former factory.
It’s amazing how they killed that show with their venomous Trump rage in the recent “event” season.
Everything is happening according to God’s plan, and on His timetable.
The road might be bumpy in the interim, but the end result is beyond fabulous.
Every Day Better and Better

Every Day Better And Better Even after I had learned there was a better way of being, of doing, of choosing for myself, there were still days that I felt beaten down, a few where I questioned if maybe I was wrong about all this stuff.

Everyday in every way Im getting better and better. The beauty of this phrase is that it implies that: there are improvements taking place in your life right now, that these will continue to take place into the future, and that these improvements will happen in every area of your life.
Did they have a second reboot season? The first reboot season sucked so hard the hickeys haven't yet gone away.
Thanks for sharing the link.
I already died and went to Heaven just over 30 years ago. For some reason, recently I have been experiencing the Love and bliss of Heaven while still here on earth. I don’t just believe, as I have experienced first hand and know for sure.
Yes, and they did an episode where an alien came down and spoke Trump dialogue. “We’re going to build a big, beautiful wall around earth. You only send your rapist and murderers.” Etc., etc. It was written by Darin Morgan, who wrote some great original run episodes. This one was too Trump rage fueled to be funny. It was the X-Files take on the Mandela Effect. I suppose the fantasy was, “Somewhere, there’s an alternate earth where Hillary won!” I don’t know because I switched it off before the end and didn’t watch the rest of the series.
The Angry Video Game Nerd’s take on the Mandela Effect was much, much better.
The EPA just sent the volcano a “pollution penalty bill”.
The volcano didn’t give a damn!
Are they competing with the Icelandic Volcano Naming Committee for the top prize in most unpronounceable blowhole?
This volcano is near Mexico City. Should it erupt on a long-term, large basis, that might require major evacuations — of millions.
Is this the same volcano that erupted back in the 70s and caused us to have such cold, wet winters in the late 70s/early 80s?
The Icelandic volcanoes are remote but also capable of global impacts. I can’t imagine evacuating Mexico City and what tragedy that would evoke. There are so many densely populated areas that could be destroyed by volcanoes worldwide.
>> Vincente Foxs mouth?
Put a cork in it.
I have heard that one of the potentially most catastrophe-prone areas in the USA is Mount Rainier...it has not had a major eruption in over a thousand years, and there are huge swaths of populated areas directly in the path of where lahars have flowed from its past eruptions.
