On Friday the special counsel released documents rebutting claims from Michael Flynn‘s lawyers that they entrapped the former Trump official, writing: “A sitting National Security Advisor, former head of an intelligence agency, retired Lieutenant General, and 33 year veteran of the armed forces knows he should not lie to federal agents.”
Fox News chief intelligence correspondent Catherine Herridge noted Friday that some critics of Mueller have argued Flynn was treated worse than Hillary Clinton, a comment that drew an eyeroll from Smith.
“Seriously?” Smith asked.
“Yeah, that’s what [critics] point to,” Herridge said.
“Well, let them point,” Smith continued. “I mean Hillary Clinton, seriously?”
“The point with –” Herridge said.
Smith interjected: “The point with that was that investigation is over, and we’re onto a new one.”

Unfortunately, the most pro-Trump show on Fox is Fox and Friends, which comes on at 3:00am, and that’s a little early for me.
Of course I can record it, but never seem to have the time to watch it.
But, overall, Fox is as pro Trump as a major news outlook gets!

It’s not his liberal slant. I like Geraldo and Juan. They are unapologetic, but I have seen them be reasonable.
It’s Shep’s snarkiness that drives me up a wall. We comments on things “not entered into evidence” as though they are fact.
I will never forget him strolling down an empty Bourbon St saying that NOLA missed a bullet in the immediate aftermath of Katrina. His shoot from the hip comments probably cost lives—when everyone else was looking at the flooding driving up the lakes and rivers. They overflowed into the 9th ward about 48 hours later.

What a tool. Hey, Shep - there has NEVER been an honest investigation. Comey allowed changes in his report to go from “grossly negligent” to “extremely careless” - deliberately to avoid prosecution, as you can’t use that language and avoid the law.
The latest, by John Huber, never went anywhere - he sat on it. He “lost” the evidence provided by whistle-blowers, twice, then had them raided while under protection status. All under the supervision of Jeff Sessions - which means none.
Let’s not even go into the Mueller investigation, which is allergic to any Democrats.
All I need to know, she created her own email server for the purposes of avoiding the law, and what the Espionage Act says. The facts are not disputed. She should be in jail with the others that did FAR LESS.
