This seems to be a problem for some in high office. Do they think no one will notice, or do they just don’t care?
What a shame he has to leave, but my goodness, can’t these people just follow the ethic rules?
The ultimate goal is to assure that competent people don’t serve in government. They fear people with actual management experience who know how to make things, and to make things work. They like the old way of continuously saying one thing and doing another, and just going around in circles as they empower and enrich themselves.
