When you ‘are in extreme poverty’-—YOU DO NOT KEEP HAVING KIDS I know you are making a suggestion to his family, but the opposite is in fact true. Our lack of fertility is mostly due to wealth. In the developing world, in general the greater the poverty, the higher the birtthrate.
