I have see many smart hard-working blacks who bought lovely homes in fine neighborhoods.
It is called economic flight. Who wants to live next to a multi group (not family) occupied drug infested gangster rap blaring crap hole when they have the means and smarts to move to a main stream family values neighborhood with access to decent schools.
My son bought a nice house in a decent area from a black man.
He was a great guy. Hard working, moving up the chain at work. He moved his wife and daughters to a really nice house in an area with great schools.
My wife rides the bus on the first leg of her journey home from work with a black woman. This woman told her one day...I gotta move, my neighborhood is being over run by somalians.
That is a story you hear often in the metro area.
