Bringing in armored vehicles was the perfect way to ensure that the french people do not allow the current government to continue.

The real reason they’re protesting is because they feel powerless against corrupt ‘elites’...

An American version of the Yellow vests is coming if Trump is impeached.

I’m wondering what is keeping the radicals from attempting the same sort of violent overthrow of Trump. This is so their style, what could be the inhibition? Maybe they sense that leftist revolution ain’t the only revolution game in town.

Good. Hope they rip ALL the damn globalists from power in Europe, then help us and Trump do the same thing in America.

I don't agree with the destruction of private property (if you really care about the average guy you wouldn't destroy the home or business of one), but I sure do agree with the sentiment on this vest!

I have seen hundreds of people wearing yellow vests and many large tracked vehicles. They had signs that said stop on one side and slow on the other. They stopped traffic and just stood there.
OOPS, never mind, they were construction flaggers.

In the heavily regulated France with weirdly specific work laws about over time and time off it occurs to me that IF the YVs just keep this up for a while then the Police will begin to run into issues with overtime hours and pay and may run out of both...
That would be a entertaining development and point out even more deficiencies with their system as a whole.
(I recall several years ago there was a multi-nation European military training event and the French had to stop 3/4 of the way through because of pay and over time issues with the soldiers. Pretty funny that they surrendered during a training exercise.)
