America’s electoral obsession isn’t Russian meddling anymore. It’s ballot-harvesting, a long-disputed practice implicated in fraud that’s come to the fore with the nationwide embrace of absentee voting in recent years — and especially in last month’s midterms.
With ballot-harvesting, paper votes are collected by intermediaries who deliver them to polling officials, presumably increasing voter turnout but also creating opportunities for mischief.

Ballot harvesting is just one method of voter fraud.

Third party voter registration groups are another. The groups register those individuals, who regularly would not take the time to register. Some groups could easily keep copies of the registrations (with signatures), and then vote absentee for them at election time. Copies include signatures that can be traced onto absentee ballots.
One wonders what the Dem keep demanding that absentee ballots with unmatched signatures should be counted.
If the registered voter actually shows up, they get a provisional ballot. The absentee ballots need to be held until all votes are counted, and rolls are checked for subsequent appearance of absentee voters at the polls, after a absentee ballot has been received. Someone needs to pull the absentee ballot, and track down where it came from.
If there is a record of the voter having registered through a third party, that group needs to be investigated.
You are pre-supposing that we've had an honest election in the last 20 years. Broward County 2000 was the first earnest attempt by the Dems to stealing an election after the fact. And it came awfully close to succeeding. They've now had 18 years to perfect their craft, and the joke that was the 2018 election cycle in California was their Doctoral Thesis.
Lord have mercy on our souls in 2020.
Then they go to those homes and ask to deliver the ballot. If republican and filled in it gets filed in the shredder, if not filled in, it gets filled in and submitted.

Now that America is officially a banana republic sh*thole, ballots are a dime a dozen. You can “vote” ‘til you puke and then start voting again.
