Last I saw GE was trying to dump the light bulb business but couldn’t find a buyer. Just Googled. Looks like they’ve found a buyer for the division, but the buyer didn’t want the consumer lighting unit. So it’s still available if someone has a few nickles rattling around in their pocket.
And I didn’t just mean light bulbs per se, he actually had nothing to do with light bulbs when he worked for them. This guy would act like with regard to any GE product just because of his opinion of how they work.
