Under Rule 6(b) of the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure, any court case involving a pending grand jury proceeding must be closed to the public. This appeal may have zero to do with Mueller; it may simply be a routine case involving a motion to quash a grand jury subpoena.
Baloney. They don’t evacuate the building and search the stairwells for reporters. They just close the door.
