Her crimes deserve a long prison sentence of not less than 5 years in a federal pen. Ten would be better. Oh; and she need to forfeit any financial gain she got from her crimes.

In the OT the punishment for false testimony is to suffer whatever your false testimony would have caused the other person.

So her career should be over and she should be in jail for rape.
