It’s hardly a war when one side is doing all of the damage, and the other side wants to play nice. No CW will happen. One side will continue to let their freedoms slowly dissipate until they have very little remaining.

There’s a name for a person or a group that intends to topple the leader of a country by “any means.”
Not a lawyer, but I don’t think this person is very bright.
