But another seems to be on the rise to replace it. Trail Life USA which is "Christ-centered" and "boy-focused" claims 25,000 members in all 50 states.

I have friends with kids that are in this new org and seem to be happy with the direction that it is taking. They left the BSA when it was apparent that they were removing American values from the program and were trying to force the gay/trans agenda on them.
