Islam is not now nor has it ever been a bonafide religion. Never. Well; unless you consider something like Satanism a religion.
Would both those be considered anti-religions?
Possibly the best description of Islam that I've read termed it a "barracks religion" - the carnal view of the afterlife was calculated to keep fanatical young men in the fold, so they'd continue to fight and die for the expansion of the "faith". Twisted and evil.
