I was inspired by this to call 311 and report an encampment on the sidewalk near my work. The tents stretch across the whole sidewalk so even if you are brave enough to thread your way through the meth heads you can’t. Everyone is walking in the busy street.
Of course this is all out in the open. Cops can easily see it. They do nothing. If you report they might get moved along. Who knows.
