“Also suggesting there be no lawyer present is improper.”
If it is decided that it is legally improper for law enforcement to suggest that a person they are questioning do not need a lawyer, we will have let everyone out of prison.
... . ........Didnt OBAMA send emails to this unsecured email server before reading about it???..............
We all know the 0panzy did.
...like the hanibal movie. .....all the way to the F...B...I!
Not so sure about that. I thought that law enforcement had to immediately cease questioning when an accused person said they wanted a lawyer.
Maybe they never mentioned a lawyer because they were pretending that it was a getting-to-know you visit.
Sad that this country has devolved into one where you should only respond to any question from law enforcement with one word - lawyer. Not name, not address, not request for ID, NOTHING - except lawyer.
After the FBI’s behavior in the 2016 election how would anyone consider giving an agent the time of day if asked without an attorney. I am a law and order kind of guy but when the top law enforcement agency of the country is looked upon as the Mafia with badges something is big time wrong.
When the agents pushed against an attorney all kinds of red flags should have went up with Flynn.
Rule #1 - Don’t talk to LE and immediately call a lawyer.
Rule #2 - see Rule #1.
“Flynn must be very gullible.”
No, I think he expects people to be as upfront and honest as he tries to be. Nothing about our FedGov is upfront and honest.
Not mirandised? Will get thrown out of court.
A 45 minute talk, worth watching.
Are you a TROLL??
No, I simply listed the standards for Miranda.
Let us reciprocate.
If the FBI can trick Flynn into lying, than we can trick the FBI into stepping on landmines.
