Many years ago as a little kid, my parents told me that I was on their “S List” for weeks at a time. I had no idea it was so serious.

Well, it was wonderful they had their eyes on this flagged man. Who knows how many he might have killed if they didn’t have him on the list? I’m sure the families of the dead and wounded are grateful.
