Yes I hear about them all the time. My wife while teaching in the public system had them in two of her classes. Of course she retorted to me “They are only children”.
The point is, it’s even worse than “open borders”...uncounted numbers of born-in-the-country terrorists. No Western legal structure has a robust defense against such scum. The remedy is obvious, but politically unenforceable.
