Yes you can. We made deals with the Soviets. With N Korea. They have to get something out of it too. But there's nothing new in that. Everyone knew Congress didn't want to build a wall, before the election. That's a cop-out. He was elected to make the deal that nobody else could. It's a fact he didn't even try. They sent him a budget without it and he just signed it.

He had no ‘Wall budget” item in year one. Period. Year 2017 was the budget submitted by obama in 2016.
Any so-called conservative or Republican who condemns or abandons Trump on this single issue of “ the Wall” helps the democrat obstruction campaign and disinfo that “Trump lied”
