The Corps of Engineers built the Panama Canal. The 8th Wonder of the World. An Engineering marvel to this day. The will build a Great Wall!

Would it be legal to get the military involved? Of course it would . Out military built the DMZ wall on the 38th parallel in Korea. That is just ONE example.
