Too bad Ted Cruz isn’t on the court.
Yep (I feel sick!)
.
>> “The Supreme Court has apparently left standing two opposing decisions in different cases.” <<
Awww, who is looking?
But they are par for the laity, and have been since the sixties.
He’s been compromised. The way to change this country is to control the courts. Evil owns them. We thought with the Senate majority and a pro-life president things would change. Not gonna happen. The DS’s power that will never be stopped.
What could go wrong...
If it was an actual strategy, our friends on the SCOTUS would have also done it.
This is treachery. But it’s not unusual from those who Trump surrounds himself with.
I really, really really really wish Trump would let the good people in. He just keeps appointing these swamp critters.
Jesuits??? How important?
Kav got bad light in hearings from the media, now he wants them to like him.
This is un-possible. We had all those wimmenses pounding on the door to the supreme court telling us we needed to impeach Kavanaugh because he was single handedly going to make abortion illegal all across the galaxy.
Never trusted his over the top female favoritism along with the Catholic SJW advocacy.
Kavanaugh? As expected?
Where was it previously said he was not Pro-Life?
I missed that part of the confirmation.
It’s become a rhetorical weapon to use in beating others about their logical, argumental heads.
I think the left hoodwinked us with their Kavanaugh outrage. Many knew what kind of justice he would be just as Roberts has turned out to be. The circus hearings were meant to pump up the “blue wave”. The left Alinski us like a violin.
If it were good strategery, the four Stalininst/Maoist/PolPotists/Fachists would have voted to take the case, so they could make new Law on this issue for a Decade.
so far, ONLY Pres. Trump can be trusted.
the judiciary, the DOJ, the corrupt FBI,
the clowns, and the GOP are weasels like no-name.
Unless you know the details of the case, realize that there may be good reason for SCOTUS to not take _that_ case in particular. Rulings must be very precise, and bad cases lead to bad precedent.
Not only wasnt there any decision here, this wasnt a even case about funding PP. This was a case about standing, and whether supporters of PP could maintain a lawsuit.
The question before the Supreme Court WAS NOT whether States could withhold funding from PP. The question was whether individuals can bring a lawsuit Under the Medicaid Act.
People who dont know the law really shouldnt spread CNN propaganda.
Kavanaugh is as conventional and conformist as the day is long. I had no doubt of his innocence in the alleged sexual assault affair, because I knew perfectly well that he didn’t have the imagination to sexually assault a woman.
Like Roe vs Wade which Kavanaugh has already stated, during his confirmation, was a precedent that he would not overturn?
