Thomas would only say this if he is genuinely disgusted with Kavanaugh and Roberts. Is there any rational reason Trump could not have come up with a rabid pitbull that we all want so much to be in our corner? Instead it appears that we got another Bambi.

I think Thomas spoke out because of Kavanaugh. I’d think Thomas had higher hopes for the new Justice.. and the big disappointment. Just letting him know this was not the time to side with the less branch of the 9.
Once I heard Kavanaugh speak in that whiney, pleading voice of his, I was actually hoping he’d withdraw.
I was cringing the way he was taking it like a champ at confirmation. He could not even invoke a counter attack, just tried to slide through.
