I have to agree with Roberts and Kavanaugh on not hearing this one. Neither Kansas nor Louisiana went to the trouble to show where funds for “low income women’s health” went. If it could be PROVEN that these funds were being used for abortions - and that’s pretty much all that PP does - then I’d’ve said go for it with this case but without actual documentation of how they lie and skirt the law I don’t see how the SCOTUS could rule it was unconstitutional. They wouldn’t even be able to prove what they were ruling on.

Bullcrap. They can twist themselves into pretzels when it comes to saving Obamacare. But now they are suddenly solemn craftsmen of the law.

Pure 100% gold plated BS. Roberts is compromised by his homo past and his human trafficking in Irish babies.

But Thomas said it had nothing to do with abortion, it was a Medicaid issue. But he apparently thinks they voted that way to appease pp.

PP was caught manipulating their books, violating clinical and sanitary regulations/laws, as well as allegedly selling aborted baby parts under the table.

Kansas said they were not a quality care provider, ended the contract, and found another provider for individuals to access. This is the matter: to determine if the States can end contracts with providers that break the law (Which they have done NUMEROUS times while winning cases against individuals that sued).

Funny, States were given this power and discretion to cut contracts with other ENUMERATED providers that broke laws, however, PP seems to be immune. Apparently Roberts and Kavanaugh has PP's back.

Even if Planned Parenthood was a legit operation, this should be a clear cut tenth amendment issue. Thomas is right, as usual. Six “justices” went rabbit and hid.

Money is fungible.

I'm sorry, but your argument is nonsense in the real world.
