That’s not the way Planned Parenthood sees it. The states of Kansas and Louisiana wanted to be able to stop all Medcaid funding to Planned Parenthood. Since the Supreme Court is allowing lower court rulings to stand, those states will not be allowed to stop Medicaid reimbursements to Planned Parenthod.
Meanwhile the case will continue.
No final ruling has been made.
All that has been decided so far has been the right to sue.
And the preliminary injunction.

We also hold that the district court did not abuse its discretion in preliminarily enjoining LDHH’s termination of PPGC’s provider agreements.
