I couldn’t figure out if this is a good deal or not. I am reminded that Chicago got pantsed doing a couple of these kinds of deals ( not with the toll )

Thanks, yea I was familiar with the grandfathering. It’s still annoying that they get to keep their tolls long after they’ve collected enough money to pay off the roads.
