I assume your post is /s but there are Christians who believe because of the link between Yoga and Hinduism, that there is a tie with that evil society.
I’ve read the arguments against Yoga by Christians, and there are interesting some points, but not sure they are valid. But, many of the poses/exercises are in homage to specific Hindu gods. And there is emptying of the mind of thoughts rathe than renewing the mind.
Decades ago I did practice yoga for a couple of years, but didn’t like how it left my mind. But, I’m not an expert, my personal opinion is no to Yoga.
It is true. On Hindu religious websites they explain the morning Sun worship and prayers - and it’s exactly the yoga poses.
I wasn’t looking because of animosity toward yoga, but I was I in fact was looking for info on Hindu puja since I know Indian Doctors and coworkers.
