Huber’s spokeswoman, Melodie Rydalch, confirmed that Huber wouldn’t testify.
Consistent with conversations between the department and the committee, Mr. Huber will not appear at the hearing, she said.

I just heard that due to the nature of the testimony and what is going to be presented is quit revealing and is info that Huber does not have. It must be referred to him in the committee report.

Also the whistleblowers are going to have to give testimony to the grand jury which are never public.
