He got a great deal on their current factory in Fremont after it was abandoned by Toyota.

IIRC, that plant was a FORD plant before GM & TOYOTA too it over as a joint operation.

Calif lawmakers are threatening Mush with all kinds of punishment if he DOES NOT turn his facilities into UNION operations.

MUSK will not do that. NOT in Calif NOR in Michigan.

Besides, he cannot expand up or out, so he has outgrown that facility. He actually has TENTS on the land being used to work on chassis’.

Had Guvmnt Motors been allowed to dismantle itself in ‘09, the industry would be far healthier today and more than just these few plants would be thriving under independent brands.

Only Tesla has emerged from the mess. Should have been several more. Such a lost opportunity.

He’s a megalomaniac
Sorry bud but your Fremont plant is underwater and the promises made in buffalo are falling flat
Your Obama gravy train is over so
Convince us you’ll sell cars night day and night
Or the joy ride is over
I do see Tesla’s everyday here in CA. AT LEAST 20-30
So that’s all good
