The Plan B and C in our country would be the Police killing us. Unlike the Black Communities where they pull back for some reason I don’t think they would against conservatives. Yes there would be many that would defect to our side, but the upper echelon would give the orders, that were taken from the Mayors and possibly Governors giving the orders to them. Remember the Mayor of Portland.

Nope. Just look around at all the blue States and cities. Their rulers and parasitic underlings would be happy to do so if it meant crushing their opponents (that's us). The media would be their cheering section.
I would say you are being prudent and sensible.
Whatever your own "Plan B" and "Plan C" might be, I take it that it will not depend on or assume goodwill from the Police and other Government officials.
