The Republican secretaries of state in the various states could refuse to put her name on the ballot for being too young. (That happened in 1968 in California when the Peace & Freedom candidate for President was only 33--the secretary of state only listed the VP candidate on the ballot.)

Anyway, if the top of the ticket is a white person, the Democrats may decide they need a black person for VP to get a higher turnout of black voters. And they have so many potential candidates to choose from--Spartacus Booker, Kamala Harris, Maxine Waters, Michelle Obama, Eric Holder, Rachel Dolezal, Elijah Cummings, and others. Of course Sheila Jackson-Lee wouldn't work because she lives in the same state as Beta O'Rourke.
