No wonder Eddie Murphy has been keeping a relatively low profile over the last several years. If you go back and watch his Stand-Up specials from the 1980's, 'Delirious' and 'Raw' (both incredibly funny) you will see that at least 60-70% of the material would never be able to fly today due to the preponderance of gay and misogynistic jokes.

"Hey Boy, you look mighty cute in them jeans....."

Delirious is still one of the funniest things ever, it still makes me laugh as much now as it did back then.

I have Delirious on VHS. It brings tears to my eyes it is so funny.
The whole Ralph Kramden bit could never be done today. However, the same thing could be said of Blazing Saddles
