My close bud has 3000 feedbacks, with one asshole giving the negative feedback. You are right, there are dishonest crooks out there. he told me tons of stories about scam, buyers wanting refund for a “hole” when he’s 99.99% sure he sent him the shirt in excellent condition etc.

From what he told me, even if they get a negative feedback for a stupid remark about delivery, it can be erased by the arrogant ‘quality assurance team’ who decide on which negative feedback will stay or go...

The good thing, is that there are few dishonest crooks on eBay. Of thousands of transactions, I've only had a few problem buyers or sellers.

One time I purchased a computer over $1000. After not receiving it for several weeks (way past the promised delivery), I complained to the seller. No response, after several inquiries. I escalated to eBay and got the seller's telephone number and called him. Put him on the spot and demanded to know when I would receive the computer. He then admitted he sold it to someone else (after receiving my money). He then failed to refund my money, I escalated further to eBay that it was criminal fraud and eBay's 'quality assurance team' or whatever, refunded my money. I'm willing to let a dollar or two slip by, but not $1000. Most sellers are honest people, and I'll stand by that statement.
