Find a UPS truck and follow it.
Back in 1965, We were in SanFrancisco while processing for assignment to Manila. We were poor but had a red VW Beetle. We followed a Grayline tour bus and saw all the sights for free.
It is a no brainer to extrapolate to following a UPS van
