Thank you for that. I’m very low carb now since I learned I am pre-diabetic.
On keto for six months and now my blood work is normal.

it’s both delicious and healthy ... pretty much all other ketchups are nothing put slightly tomato flavored high fructose corn syrup ... pretty much has the same sugar content as fake maple syrup ...
