I found it odd that George W. Bush wasn’t there with him when he passed. He said that when he heard about his dad - he called him. That his dad hadn’t spoken much all day. Well, it seems to me that he had all day to get down there. Dallas is only a 4 hour drive and 30 minite flight from Houston, why didn’t he go to be with him at that time. Isn’t that what families do? I am struck by how odd that is.
Don’t be......I have learned well that when a person is dying the right people are at their bedside at the right time..God appointed. And sometimes none are there...also God appointed.
