I expect it did.
Most of the threats were not made to places in the USA and took place before Pres. Trump was elected. Not mentioned here is that he is Israeli and sentenced by an Israeli court.
His parents say he has a brain tumor, and will not allow access to his Bitcoin wallet supposedly worth $1 million collected in payments for making the threats.
